Im 6 weeks...super nauseous and i just feel like total **** today. Constant headaches. Is ibuprofen okay to take? And does anyone have any tips for nausea?
Also as you feel nauseas through out the day munch on something like fruit and eat protein when you take your prenatals. When I take my prenatals and dont eat a protein I get really sick.
Ibuprofen is a blood thinner and can be dangerous to take during pregnancy. Tylonel is safe to take. I had morning sickness really during my first trimester but try eating applesauce or yogurt before bed and some form of protein when you wake up. Also drink lota of water through out the day to help with headaches. I am 21 weeks pregnant.
