THIS IS WEIRD... CAN ANYONE HELP WITH THIS?

I dont know if this is the right place to post this question but I have been part of this community for a while now.

Here is some of my history. I had a miscarriage at 13 wks in April 08. I waited the amount of time I was supposed to before TTC again and i've no luck since. However, before I got pregnant I was working out and trying to lose weight, which is probably why I got pregnant. Now, I haven't really thought about it much and haven't really been trying but not trying to prevent it either. I have since my last cycle decided to put it off and do a rapid weight loss with a dr. However, I have been getting the same weird symptoms I had when I got pregnant before. But what really concerns me is... Im starting my weight loss program with my dr on Thursday and thats the same day I'm supposed to start and this weight loss thing is going to cost me 200 dollars to start and with these symptoms I was debating of cancelling the appt to see if I do start... but last night I had a dream that was going to 6 week check up (which is when you go after you had a baby). I was having an ultrasound done and the tech started to scream look there's your baby you see it. The tech was seemed that it was really importnant I remember how far long I was which was 10wks and 4 days. I remember telling my mom and my best friend about and my SIL was standing behind and just looked at me and said "enjoy this pregnancy". Im so confused. I know when your pregnant you have weird dreams about pregnancy.

I know, no one can tell me if I'm pregnant. I just want to know if anyone else has experienced this before and became pregnant... or what this dream could mean. Any advice is great! Thank you in advance!

i too have had dreams of being pregnant and birth and then finding out i was actually preg, this has happened with all 3 pregnancies, sadly the last one ended at 9 weeks along but i too have recently had the pregnancy / birth dream again so I'm waiting for the bfp.
i think it has something to do with your subconscious mind whilst your a sleep your mind is still very much at work, i think it's away of letting you know something is going on down there.

i also had a dream my friend was pregnant, when i told her she laughed, but 2 days later she took a test and found a bfp.

good luck and hope it's the news you have been waiting for.

AHA I just realized my last sentence there doesn't make much sense...

I meant to say I'd ask for a blood test, with stat results when you go in!  That way you know, and wouldn't have to cancel unless it comes out positive!  Or take a test now.  Either or.

I thought it was weird too, and my doctor told me that sometimes it'll happen to a select few women that just know their pregnant!

Of course my MIL always has dreams that someone is having a say girl, and bam!  Someone is having a girl in the family.  Ahaha she has been right about all 5 of her grandchildren.  Crazy!

I actually haven't started the weight loss program I have my appt on Thursday and I'm trying to see if I should reschedule because all this is going on. But I have never heard it being bad for fertility/TTC I will def look into that further. Thanks.

You know when I was pregnant with my son, and this pregnancy I had a dream I was delivering the babies, and next day I test and it was positive!

I would tell you think it may be a possibility to have them check you!!!

No, never had anything like this happen BUT I've heard that rapid weight loss/extreme weight loss isn't good for fertility/ttc and obviously it wouldn't be good if you were indeed pregnant!  Can't you call and mention this to the doctor who is supervising your weight loss?  They should know all the ramifications of rapid weight loss.
