Thanks. I hope so. I'll keep ya'll updated.
i too have had dreams of being pregnant and birth and then finding out i was actually preg, this has happened with all 3 pregnancies, sadly the last one ended at 9 weeks along but i too have recently had the pregnancy / birth dream again so I'm waiting for the bfp.
i think it has something to do with your subconscious mind whilst your a sleep your mind is still very much at work, i think it's away of letting you know something is going on down there.
i also had a dream my friend was pregnant, when i told her she laughed, but 2 days later she took a test and found a bfp.
good luck and hope it's the news you have been waiting for.
****BUMP!****
Sorry to do this but i really like some advise or opinions!
AHA I just realized my last sentence there doesn't make much sense...
I meant to say I'd ask for a blood test, with stat results when you go in! That way you know, and wouldn't have to cancel unless it comes out positive! Or take a test now. Either or.
I thought it was weird too, and my doctor told me that sometimes it'll happen to a select few women that just know their pregnant!
Of course my MIL always has dreams that someone is having a say girl, and bam! Someone is having a girl in the family. Ahaha she has been right about all 5 of her grandchildren. Crazy!

I actually haven't started the weight loss program I have my appt on Thursday and I'm trying to see if I should reschedule because all this is going on. But I have never heard it being bad for fertility/TTC I will def look into that further. Thanks.

Wow... I'm glad to hear that, that it's happened with something else... It was so weird!
You know when I was pregnant with my son, and this pregnancy I had a dream I was delivering the babies, and next day I test and it was positive!
I would tell you think it may be a possibility to have them check you!!!
No, never had anything like this happen BUT I've heard that rapid weight loss/extreme weight loss isn't good for fertility/ttc and obviously it wouldn't be good if you were indeed pregnant! Can't you call and mention this to the doctor who is supervising your weight loss? They should know all the ramifications of rapid weight loss.
