Mumita is right. Most people are Rh positive. It's only when the woman is negative (like me) and hubby is positive that there are possible issues, but thanks to medical science, even that is okay. You just need to get a shot.

If you are both Rh positive then nothing will happen. Trouble happens when husband is Rh positive and you are Rh Negative. If you both have the same Rh factor then you wont have complications due to blood.
