I did my research...sushi question

Okay so i REALLY REALLY want sushi! Im craving it so bad. And i know ppl say its bad but i remember doctor telling my mom and my sister in law when they were prego tht they could have it once in awhile. SO i did my research and there is no scientific proof that it is bad for you. It actually says benefits outweigh the bad because the fish reduces anxiety. And farm raised fish (sushi grade fish) almost never has parasites...which is why ppl  are scared to eat sushi when prego. And it says that it is a healthy part of a pregnant womans diet in Japan. so anyways...what have your docs said abt sushi? Do you women eat it? If so, any problems? I want it so bad but my boyfriend is still hesitant. And of course i dont want to harm baby ir make him feel his opinions/feelings dnt matter.

And i would definitely not go based on some one elses pregnancy, its always better to ask,
You dont even have to go in person you can just call it will take 2 minutes :)

And you like the salmon less if its cooked?
If you are worried i would just call the dr office and ask.
But if it was me i would just get cooked sushi if i was dying for a fix.
Like now i only drink decaf coffee. Feels weird but its better for baby

I dont really like the cooked rolls. Im craving salmon sushi. Its just a piece of raw salmon on a lil bit of rice. I was a sushi freak before i found out.

I eat it just make sure its somewhere u have gone before so that way u know it wont mal u sick I love sushi and have ate it though out all 4 of my pregnancys all my kids came out as healthy as can be
