Random small cramps in ovaries....

Can someone please help, I keep getting random small cramps in one ovary. I cant tell if it is just growing pains, or what. I am only 5 weeks, just want to know if that's normal...

Yes this is very common due to urine activities and contracting and releasing.

It's very normal to have menstrual-like cramps during early pregnancy as long as you don't bleed light red like a period or have blood clots you should be fine.

You might have a cyst on an ovary, which is very common. They'll be able to tell during an ultrasound.
