HEY PLZ HELP ME I REALLY NEED ADVICE

I haven't had a period in three months so far dec makes three months and period suppose to came on beginnning of the month. I have been really tired and can't fit my clothes any more i went and bout a size 10 from a 5/6 and now im a 11  my breast wore sore to the point i hated my breast. Now they are just heavy the like a five pound dumbell. I just want some advice. I'm having an ultrasound done on the 27 because my blood work and hpt came back negative. So my doctor said that she wants and ultrasound see whats is going because she said my stomach was kinda of hard and she don't want to press down on it. Do you think I might have a tumor or pregnant?

It could be anything. I doubt a tumor I mean there is a chance but not very likely. I'm not sure what it is but I'm wishing you the best of luck!  And your dr pushing on your stomach wouldn't be able to diagnose what it is anyway so I'm glad that they are doing an ultrasound :)
