It supposed to tone your uterus, like strengthen it for labor. It might bring on like Braxton hicks or cramps, it never did for me. I drank like two or three cups throughout the day like at 35/36 wks, went into labor at 38wks.

I got some at world of nutrition. In bulk for like a quart sized bag completely full was only 3.75 cents. But I didn't get to go for this pregnancy so I went to fred Meyers in the organic section a box with 16 tea bags was $4.89.

Red Raspberry Leaf tea is only sold at Health food stores. I always purchase mine from Vitamin Shoppe. Its definitely not the same as regular Raspberry flavored tea.

Vitamin Shoppe is about $8. They also have Red Raspberry Leaf pills
