Raspberry tea ?

Is it okay for me to drink decaf red raspberry leaf herbal iced tea ? Im 13 weeks && my friend works in a herb && tea shop && she told me pregnant women should stay away from it till you're closer to your due date because it causes your uterus to contract && in early pregnancy can result in miscarriage . Any insight or knowledge on this ?

Also dont drink it if u have had a cesarian before or if u are going to have one. This is my worry.im 35wks and have been drinking it the last 2 wks. 3cups a day. I hope i havent done any damage to myself by drinking it. It can rupture ur old scar from previous cesarian. I have to admit since ive been drinking it, ive felt really healthy.

I was told to drink it the whole pregnancy. It just tones your uterus. You should drink it more often though in 3rd tri.

I also heard you werent suppose to drink it until closer to your due date, but I recently started it and i'm almost 29 weeks, I personally dont see the issue in it and my dr. gave me the ok!

Pregnant Women Are Allowed To Drink Decaf Coffee So I Don't See Why Not??
