I'd definitely call your doctor, I'm not sure how close labor would be, I've had bleeding/spotting a few times now during my pregnancy (several times after a cervical check so it wasn't unexpected), but you should definitely let your doctor know, and be seen.

I'm not sure about "worried", but it's something to definitely pay attention to or have checked out. If you're before 37 weeks along, you should definitely be seen ASAP, as it could be early signs of preterm labor. I had the same symptom and went to L&D and was diagnosed with preterm labor. If you're 37 weeks or past, it could be either mucus plug, from sex or cervical check/internal exam, or it's possible that you might have over-exerted yourself with physical activity/labor. I wouldn't just ignore it though. Depending on how far along you are, could be cause for more concern. If you're term, you could just be dilating/getting close to labor.

Call your doctor, let them know, see what they want you to do.
