Really Bad Heartburn
Today while at work I decided to eat a snack of Cheezits. Those darn crackers gave me the worse case of heartburn I have ever had in my life. I ate them maybe at 1;30 and I still have the heartburn, I feel so miserable. What food gives you all heartburn?
Try drinking a glass of milk :)) I have had heartburn since 7wks and because its so bad I have been on meds but def still get it bad :/ but milk does help
Okay, thanks ladies, now unfortunately I haven't are dinner yet, even with this uncomfortable heartburn. Should I eat then drink the water or should I drink te baking soda water then eat?
I think you can google the measurements they recommend... I have been doing this since I was pg with my daughter three years ago, and I'm not sure if I switched it up.
I usually put a teaspoon in a medium size cup with ice cold water and stir it up until it has dissolved. Then I take like three big gulps... the taste you get used to, it's not that bad, but it will give you massive burps lol. I usually leave it on the counter just incase I need another sip or two.
That's completely understandable (: Trust me they are. They taste like chalk /: I would 've recommended baking soda and water but I've never tried it because I've been too scared to, but I heard that it does helps.

Baking soda and water, I know it sounds gross, but it seriously cures it within seconds.
They gave me heartburn too! I hate it. I take TUMS. They're gross, but it helps.
What can relieve me of this pain?? Someone help me! I hate taking over the counter remedies, and water is not helping.
