It can be that possibly but if it's a lot of blood I would get it checked out that sounds serious
Yes... not enough water in ur system either... if ur straining it could cost you to bleed as well...
No this is not normal and most likely does not have anything to do with being pregnant I would call and talk to your doctor it could be serious
