Really worried that i might have a misscarriage.

I started bleeding today nothing serious it was mostly brown but I called my doctor anyways because I have had a miscarriage before. He said I'm most likley spotting and to take it easy and no Sex. Now after a few hours its red & is like my normal period almost but still really light with a few clots here and there, I don't have any cramps so I don't think I'm miscarriaging but I don't know... anyone else have any symptoms like this or been through this? I'm only 4 weeks about I have a doctors appointment on Tuesday so I guess I will find out the truth if I'm still carrying or what.

The same thing happened to me when I was 7 weeks.. In my case it was a miscarriage but that's not saying it will happen to you.. Lots of women have bleeding in early pregnancy and go on to have healthy pregnancys.. I hope for the best for you and your baby :) xx

I've known women that have has similar symptoms and had healthy babies. It's good that you have not had cramping. Have you told your doctor that the bleeding changed to red with some clots? If you haven't told him, it would be good to call and let him know. Sometimes early bleeding can happen without miscarraige, but that's not always a guarantee. I hope in your case it's just spotting. Take it easy this weekend and Monday. Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water. Tell your doctor about any changes in the bleeding or if you develop cramping.
Good luck and wishing you the best!
