Regarding my doc appr

Okay so I had an appointment today with my obgyn she took a urine pt being that I was three wks late for my period the urine test came out negative. She said if I don't come on for april then to call bac for another appt. She said that my pap looked good and she also tested my hormones and said that if all the test are normal then to call back so that she can set me up wit a fertility doc to see if my tubes are okay. Just wondering if after pap smear do you spot i've had spotting but it's gone now and also do u cramp ?I've had cramping like my period is coming and also in my lower bac this is giving me the most problems. Oh and also she gave ne some prenatals called prenate dha. Has anyone heard of them and how are they?

Prenate DHA is pretty good! Most prenatals are just vitamins. I think what to look for in a vitamin is absorbancy more than anything else. Doctor prescribed prenatals are typically "top line" when it comes to vitamins.

Anyway the spotting can be normal. It could be that your period is finally going to start and the negative test affirmed at the doctor made you emotionally and mentally aware of the fact you're most likely not pregnant. Sometimes that is truly all it takes. When we convince ourselves we are pregnancy we can have psychosomatic reactions (meaning we are so convinced mentally that we can have physical symptoms come about due to it).
