I think I may have lost my baby...

I've been spotting so I called my gyno's office and they said they wanted to see me to make sure everything was ok. They did an ultrasound which didn't look right to me, at 11 weeks the baby didn't look that developed but I've never had one so I wouldn't know. Well, the ultrasound tech did the ultrasound then left the room for me to get dressed and when she came back told me that my gyno wanted to see me but she didn't say if everything was ok or not. And I have to wait for the gyno because they're squeezing me in. Would the tech have told me if something was wrong? I'm freaking out. :/

No, the tech won't say if everything is ok or not, only your doctor has the authority to do so.
