Rotten egg smell
I've been sick for 5 days.Experiencing diarrhea, vomiting chills,stomach cramps and when I burp it smells like rotten eggs
Cholecystitis, H. Pylori or Giardia... but Giardia is unlikely. I am hoping you called doc by now. Severe Constipation and Dehydration combo is also possible, but I am betting it is unlikely in your case.
