scared :(

I'm 11 wks 2 days, and I'm honestly really scared of being pregnant. I pass out getting my blood drawn, I don't feel good ever and I'm REALLY scared of giving birth! If I actually stop to think that I'm pregnant or touch my stomach I get a really bad anxiety attack just knowing that I'm growing a child in me. Am I alone? :(

I was taking antidepressant/antianxiety medication but stopped once i found out I was pregnant. I'm probably going to talk to her about getting back on something :/ and see how I feel from there. thanks guys for the input!

Hit post too fast... I also started yoga and try my very hardest to stay positive. Rather than focusing on labor, which scares me as well, I focus on the moment I get to hold baby for the first time! I also stopped reading into things, especially on internet. Baths are also relaxing as well.
I wish you the very best. I know how anxiety is. I hope you can overcome this and truly enjoy your pregnancy.... take care hun

I think its normal to worry about certain things, especially if you are a first time mom. I know I sure do. But it sounds like you may need to seek help- Talk w/your doctor, see a therapist. I see an anxiety counselor & she really helps.

You should talk to your doctor about this and get in with a counselor so you can sort the emotions of the pregnancy out.
