I've been having really low pelvic pains and vaginal pain too. You could be carrying the baby low, like I am.

Whenever I get the pain, i try to change out of the painful position and I dont bend at the waist anymore, I try to kneel if I need something on the ground or low reaching.

It could be your pelvis. Take it easy and see if the pain lets up. If  not talk to you dr! Your pelvis could be shifting more then normal.
