SINUS PAIN

So I'm 12weeks and 1 day...and I'm just wondering if anyone else suffers from bad sinus pain and pressure? If so other than Tylenol what's helping give you relief? I was sensitive to headaches before I got pregnant but now it just seems like one never ending sinus headache!! Please help.

Im 34 weeks and still have it just not as bad, the only thing that cleared it for me was paracetamol and a bowl of boiling water and some eyceliptus oil inhaling tge steam through your nose twice a day plus a drop on the pillow at night hope i have helped, if not talk to your dr.
