SUSHI

i love sushi but havent ate any since I found out I was pregnant. I only like the California rolls at seasons of japan. Its made of imitation crap, rice, seaweed and avocado. Is it ok if I have it?

I eat California rolls, shrimp rolls etc all the time. Just nothing raw :) you're fine!

As long as the fish is cooked and you don't have it all day everyday you're fine. If you ever wonder if you can have something ask the cooks and they will let you know if something is raw or not.

I ate some the other day im almost 30 weeks ive craved it my whole pregnancy and finally decided to go I dont eat the raw sushi either I had California rolls, las vegas rolls, miso soup, edamame, and shrimp tempura it was delicious

Sushi is not raw.. sashimi is raw thats what they do not want u eating
