Sat in tears

So my waters have been braking since yesterday but been waiting before I went fir a bath there was a massive gush that came out so I've rang delivery they fobbed me off then the assessment unit they didn't even answer n the midwife I finally got through too said someone would call me back but second I said I wasn't having contractions she basically asked why I was calling I've had enough absolute joke the care I've had in this pregnancy. What would you ladies do if you were being fobbed off? Go in anyway?

You go in when the water breaks to lessen your chance of getting an infection plus they need to monitor baby and fluid levels and if you and not contraction they may give you medication to kick start it

If your waters have broken, go in. They might give you some pitocin to speed things up. The risk of infection goes up once your water breaks.

I was told to go in if your water breaks to avoid having any infections

Just because your water has broken doesn't mean you have to go in right away. It simply means your baby will come within 24 hours to prevent infection. If you're not contracting yet, it is advisable that you stay at home for a while to prevent unnecessary medical interventions. Goodluck
