These lady's are right it happens all the time they told me my baby was a fetal demise and spent a half hour looking and couldn't even find the sack I think he was just poorly trained but 3 weeks later my doctor did a check up and sure enough my baby girl was there and she's now 14 months old

I had a period like bleed at 5wks and that's when they did the ultrasound and said there was just a sac and my baby died and dissolved in the sac and i was having a miscarriage. Gave me 2 meds for pain (that I didn't take cause I wasn't hurting) and wanted to schedule me for a d&c that I said no to cause I wanted my body to try to do it on its own. Thank god i didnt do what the Dr wanted. Don't know why I bled but I carried him to 39wks he came out healthy at 7lbs 4oz he's 5 now and just started kindergarten.

So just breath and try to relax. You don't know anything for sure yet and just give it some time.

If your date is right then yes you should see a tiny baby and a heart beat. But if you ovulated late or your date of your lmp is wrong then you might only see a sac. Just don't flip outcause they will be like "it might be a miscarriage" when really it's just too early to see. If that's the case give it a couple weeks and then you'll see baby..

It's happened to me! All that stress for nothing!! Hes now 5yrs old :)
