HELP!!! I need some answers

I am worried sick and I really need some advice! I know that I have already posted a thread about this...but there's more to it now. PLEASE ANY RESPONSE WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED!!! Here's my story:

My girlfriend and I have been having sex now for about 4 months or so. She is on the birth control pill (and assures me that she takes them regularly....she's been on them for 3 years) and I always use a condom. However, about two weeks before her period was due, we had sex one night and I didn't use a condom. I did, however, use the pulling-out method and I am positive that i did not ejaculate inside of her. There were no symptoms of pregnancy to begin with really (other than one occasion where she complained of being sick to her stomach, however it only lasted a few min and she was fine; also, she had been working some really long hours b/c it was the holidays, so she complained of being tired on two separate occasions. But i think thats just b/c of working alot.) Because she was on the pill, her period is very regular and was due TWO weeks after we had sex. And, right on time, she HAD her period. I asked her about it and she said that it was not any lighter than normal and lasted for the same amount of time it always does. The only thing she said was that it was a little bit "heavier", due to her being on her feet so much. I was nervous to begin with, simply because I had never not used a condom (even though i didnt go all the way). But once she had her period I was fine.

But here's what makes me nervous/confused now:

On the day that her period came, she ran out of her birth contol prescription (I'm not sure how this happened, but she wasnt scheduled to go back to the doctor to get her prescription until a few weeks later). Therefore, she had to go off of the pills until she could go back to the doctor (we agreed not to have any sex until she was able to get back on the pills). The reason she was on the pills in the first place was to help prevent cysts from forming on her ovaries. She had these VERY BAD before the pills and they caused her alot of pain. So within the next few days, she complained of being sick to her stomach and then having sharp pains from her ovaries. She can feel a cyst that has already formed and is scheduled to go to the doctor tomorrow for an ultrasound. I know that this is probably just the cysts...but what is the possibility that her being sick to her stomach is b/c she is pregnant? I have read that those types of cysts can cause pregancy-like symptoms, however I just want to see what everybody thinks.

Also, I am concerned because she says her breasts have gotten a little bigger. I myself can only tell a slight difference, but she said she had to get a little bigger of a bra last time she bought them (but she can still wear her others). Now, my girlfriend has just turned 19 not even a month ago...so what are the chances that either 1) her breasts got bigger from going off of the pills or 2) they just simply grew (she seems to think that they may have just filled out some.) Or, could this be a pregnancy sign? (p.s. she says that they have never been tender or sore at all)

She assures me that she is not worried at all, and that i dont need to be. She tells me that she is positive that it was her period and that it was not any lighter or shorter than normal (she says it was even heavier). But that is just my nature to worry. Can anybody tell me what you think please??

P.s.--will the ultrasound on her ovaries be able to see is she is pregnant?

The ultrasound may or may not be able to tell if shes pregnant but only if she were 3 or 4 weeks along. (meaning 3 or 4 weeks since you had sex)but if you ask me...shes not. Being on and off the pill can cause changes in her hormones to where she gets those symptoms. My guess is that its just the hormone change and the cysts shes experiencing. When would you have gotten her pregnant? She got her period then you didnt have sex after because she wasnt on her birth control. I really really doubt she is. If shes not worried then I dont think you should be. I would just relax and support her with her cyst problem because they can be very painful and she will need your strength. I admire how cautious you guys are being! Good luck with everything!

thank you. that makes me feel better to have someone else's opinion. I was asking myself the same question....i mean we haven't had sex AT ALL since this one time in particular...and she did have her period...so i guess i shouldnt worry as much.

but yes she is in alot of pain and i hate that there is nothing i can do for her....i hope she gets her pills back tomorrow so they can start getting rid of the cysts again.

Wow that was long! LOL...I don't think she is pregnant either, considering you didn't have sex after her period. Breasts get bigger when you gain weight too...so that may explain that or it could be from hormonal changes from coming off the pill.

Long story short, don't worry yourself!
