Yes you can have fish :) since I've been pregnant I crave seafood all the time! My doctor said it's fine, just to stay away from fish high in mercury. But salmon, shrimp, lobster, crab legs, all the usual stuff is fine! NO sushi though. Total bummer cause I loooove sushi lol.
Yes you can have seafood.. not a lot but at least 1 to 2 servings a week. Stay away from raw fish and high mercury fish. You can easily Google what fish you can eat.
Check with your Dr. I'm not too shore about shellfish.
I'm beginning to crave that also.
The seafood linguine from east sides Ughhh YUMM
Also stay away from any fish with a high mercury content like swordfish. As a general rule, the bigger the fish, the higher the mercury content will be. But eating seafood in moderation is really good for you and the baby. Especially oily fish high in omega 3. It's great for brain and eye development
You can have seafood, just don't eat a ton and stay away from raw food/sushi. :)

I was told to avoid seafood throughout your entire pregnancy.
