Serious sleep problems!!

I'm 14 wks 4 days and I will sleep for maybe three hours then I'm wide awake. But then I usually fall asleep around 4 and wake up around 1 or 2 pm lol. Tonight I fell asleep at 10:30 (yess!) but woke up and midnight and forced myself to sleep. I felt like i just closed and opened my eyes and woke up at 1:30 and ive been wide awake since then and its almost 4:30. What do i do??? Can I take a sleeping pill?? Hellppp this lack of sleep has me all weird.

My doctor prescribed me 50mg capsules of benadryl to take when I have trouble sleeping and they definately get the job done!
