So hard to eat right... Not a question

I'm a big yogi- I love taking care of my body and what I consume but ever since becoming pregnant I can't stomach any of my yummy veggies /: I can't eat anything sweet (which is good) but all I can hold down is ramen and certain juices. It's so unfortunate. I'm already 14weeks and I don't know why the sickness won't go away. Just frustrated /:

I chew on some ginger root. I was so sick and couldn't eat anything or drink anything and my sis is an herbalist and suggested ginger root. I chew on it and it works wonderfully

I am such a healthy eater too! I lived off of salads and fruit and yogurt before pregnancy. I hadn't had fast food or red meat since I was in middle school. Then I got pregnant and I turned into a burger and fast food junkie for the first trimester. I hated it but I couldn't help it! Luckily by the second trimester I was disgusted by fast food and burgers again and now by the third trimester I have home back to my normal eating habits of fruit yogurt and veggies. Im 38+5 and can't wait to get fully back to my normal way of eating!
