Its a button on your main screen that you press once baby has arrived. Its right below the weight gain and symptoms
At 36 wks u will get a pink button on ur main pd of ur app that says "baby arrived" when ur baby comes u push it! Not sure what happens but I've had kine for some time and it's really tempting!
