Sex after baby

I'm 7 weeks postpartum and my partner wants to try having sex again, I'm awfully nervous. Please could anyone tell me if it hurts?? I don't want to feel like a virgin again haha!

Use lubrication. It makes a big difference. Something water based like Astroglide.  Go slow, take it easy, and have fun - it might not be super comfortable just yet but if you're ready for it then go for it.

Tell your partner to take it slow n see how you feel first. We started having sex about 5 to 6 weeks after I had my baby n my hubby took it slow to see how things would go first n it was not painful at all. I did feel like a virgin again but in a good way.

I had my 2 year old naturally,  and it still hurts at times to have sex. But everyone's different you know, I've heard on some women it hurts for the first 3 months others 6 months some years.
