Everytime I sneeze,I urinate on myself. Are u ladies experiencing the same?

I have the same problem especially when I throw up, its horrible, panty liners help and I cross my legs and try to hold it in as well

When I cough or sneeze I leak a lil also. Its getting old. But I still have 24 weeks to deal with it.

Not every time, usually just after I've taken a shower lol. Kegels exercises help.

Sometimes when im not prepared for a sneeze i tend to leak a little bit. But i tend to try and cross my legs when i know ones coming.
