Sharp pains in lower abdomen
First of all I am a first time momma and I am almost 31 weeks pregnant. For the past few days been having sharp pains on and off in my lower abdomen. Is this something I should be concerned about??

it makes me feel so much better knowing other people are experiencing the same thing. i get so nervous that ill go into labour and have no idea...i know everyone says you will know when you have contractions but I have a few friends who went into labour and had no idea!!!! Its getting so close now, i hope you ladies have a healthy last few weeks :)
