pre-pregnancy conception ?????

hi all,

i had a missed miscarriage back on october 10th and had a d and c on october 12th.  Just finally got my period after 7 weeks, very excited about it.  Now i want to TTC soon, so i tracked my ovulating days which are between 10/8 and 10/14.  But how often should you have sex during that time??? Every day, every other???????

any other TTC suggestions?

Definately not have sex everyday every other is good enough,problem with relying on cm alone,is alot of women get it alot so not really reliable,i would go with ov kits,i use clearblue fertility sticks,very good,

By the way, I got pregnant with one try using this method. Only had sex once, in the morning, when I saw the cm. Not everyone has such luck as everyone is different and the sperm has to do their part. But good luck!

Don't have sex every single day as that can deplete DH's sperm and cause sperm to not be as strong. Morning is the best to have sex, your chances of conceiving go up. I don't like OPKs myself. I know I'm ovulating when there is CM (cervical mucous) that is clear and stretchy (over one inch). Gross, I know. Sorry! Anyway, the way you check is when you wipe after you pee. If there is cm on the paper, take it between two fingers and pull apart. If it is clear (not cloudy, yellowish, etc.) and it stretches to about an inch or more, that means your cervix is open (for sperm to get through). When you're not ovulating your cervix is closed so tight sperm cannot penetrate.

any specific brand you suggest?  i did not have any trouble getting pregnant prior to my first pregnancy/miscarriage but i want to asure that i have the best possible chance of becoming pregnant again soon. thanks

Buy an OPK it will tell you which days are your most fertile and as soon as you get the spike have sex on that day since it will increase your chances! :)
