Shortness of breath and pains in chest

I'm just sitting on the couch and I just randomly started having shortness of breath, chest pains, it feels like my chest is really tight, and like Im not able to get enough air. I'm sort of freaking out. I'm just wondering if anyone has ever felt this and what should I do? By the way, I'm 19 weeks.

It could be that. But I had an appointment yesterday and baby is still really low. Like right by my waistband.

Dr is right, its your baby all up in your lungs lol, sounds strange, but baby can put pressure on your diaphragm causing shortness of breath.

it happens to me too....im 23+6 and i get like really sharp pains when i try to breathe so i have to like inhale really slow and then it goes away after a minute. but i have no idea what to do about it. i asked a doctor about it and he just said well of course it will be hard for you to breath all of everything is being pushed upwards....he was kinda rude about it. but yeah i do know how you feel it happens to me too.
