There is a breathing technique that helps me its called 4-7-8. Basically you breath in through you nose for 4 seconds, hold it for seven then blow out through your mouth for 8 do this 3 or 4 times as it get the perfect amount of oxygen around your body to be relaxed. I thought yea like that would work but it did! I'm 37 weeks tomorrow and find that I get so much pain if o sleep on my left side. And I feel so stiff when I have to get up but it's almost over :)
