Should I make myself throw up??

I ate dinner hours ago but I can tell my food hasn't digested. It feels like its trying to come back up but it wont. Almost like its in my chest.

I've made myself throw up before, if its too uncomfortable and the acid reflux, it just feels way better. And i just do it to take t he edge off. I don't think its a huge deal if its only once or twice and not a habit.

I would say sit up and drink some ginger ale. When you get tired enough sleep it off. Its uncomfortable but more so to have it came up.

Sometimes when I throw up I feel so much better after and then I can eat again! But I've never made myself throw up, I know that's not healthy, but if your think it'll make you feel better and you can eat something else right away I would. But try those other ways first! Definitely sprite!

No.. Try sipping sprite or coke. It's weird, but coke helped me. && I agree with the above comment. ^
