Sick. What can I take?

I am sick with basically a head cold and I am completely miserable. My question is what can I take for it? I'd ask my doctor but it's the weekend so she's not in.

I had strep throat ...i took nothing. I drank lots of tea and just hot water ..with a lemon slice and honey..all day. I laid a lot ..and got better shop fast. Now 2 days later i have a cold...it just started I'm gonna drink the same thing!!!& Tylenol if i can't handle it.... buying stuff to clear your nose will really help because  Blowing to much can cause the infection to last so longer ...rest ALOT eat fruits cause it will give your body sugar and energy and it helps fight the  viruse. It sounds crazy yes, my husband's a Dr. . Told me to do this the last time i was sick. And i was better in no time. Might take longer cause we are prego,  with very weak immune systems. Good luck.

Thanks. Im 31 weeks so I will take a look at the drug store to see what they have in stock.

If you're over 13 weeks you can take Tylenol cold, Sudafed, sugar free Robitussin, sugar free cough drops.
