The anti-nausea medications don't help me a whole lot either, but that doesn't mean they wouldn't help you. It is worth a try.
Other than that, try peppermint. Eat small frequent meals. And I do mean small. Try eating cold type foods, that don't have much of an odor. I have also been told to take vitamin B6 and Unisom together. Hard candies, such as Jolly Ranchers help some people. Teas w/ Ginger in them are good for temporarily helping to settle the stomach. Also freezing like Gatorade and sipping on that all day will help you stay hydrated. Try popsicles and/or jello as well. Try having crackers by your bed and also don't brush your teeth right when you first wake up. Wait a bit before doing that.
the anti-nausea medications like zofran, reglan, and phenergan never worked for me. The only thing that's really helped is hard candy, peppermint tea, and dry dry bread(crackers, toast).
A good friend of mine suffered severe vomiting for upwards of the first 10 weeks of her pregnancy, she went to the doctors and told her her blood sugar was low and she carried jelly beans or other sweets on her for if she became nauseous. Trying things like dry biscuits or ginger can be a natural anti-nausea remedy. Otherwise if you see your doctor they can prescribe anti nausea tablets specifucally designed for pregnancy, but make sure you keep drinking water so you dont become dehydrated.
