Is there anyway to get over a cold , my mom told me since im pregnant I cant take medicine , and now I lost my voice help please !
Cold medicine doesn't help you get over a cold, it just masks the symptoms. Slice lemons and ginger place them in a container and cover with honey. Let this sit for a few hours, then take a tablespoon of the mixture and put it in hot water. Drink as much as you want.
