Sign of labor? Sorry tmi

So I will be 39 weeks tomorrow and sorry tmi, but I just went to the bathroom after having uncomfortable contractions and I had diarrhea, I have been having loose bowels for the past while but tonight it was way worse, is this a sign of labor? I'm not in pain yet, besides my vagina having pressure for weeks, but the contractions are definitely uncomfortable.. Any suggestions? Or experiences on how you felt before labor? Thanks in advance ladies

I think its an early sign. I've been having the same symptoms I'm 39+3. However I've also been losing my mucus plug for the past few days, like a palm full at a time ick. I think we just have to wait and see, I'm trying not to pay too much attention to the little things because I keep getting my hopes up for nothing.  But the end is def near!

Your body can clean itself out before labour but this can occur over a couple weeks. Sorry i can't be more help, i had to be induced with my son x
