Skinny jeans?

So I'm ten weeks and one day. I have constantly wore skinny jeans my whole life lol. I'm not showing and I actually lost 11 lbs but for some reason buttoning them is uncomfortable....why?

totally agree with Clysta! for now, use a rubber band to keep your regular jeans on (loop one side of the rubber band around the button on your jeans, through the hole, and loop the other end back over the button) or buy a Bella Band or something similar....but soon you'll probably need to look into maternity jeans, and like misschris said - old navy has some adorable ones.

I too outgrew my regular jeans pretty early in all 3 of my pregnancies, but by the 3rd trimester was able to button most of my pants under my belly. well I should say that I'm 22wks into pregnancy #3 and not back into my regular jeans yet but if it's like the first two I should be able to, lol.

Even if you're losing weight, your belly is still going to grow. Your uterus is slowly pushing itself up out from behind the pelvic bone, and it's going to move other organs out of it's way as well. Bloating and retention are also common causes of it making clothing tighter to wear. I lost over 25 pounds with my pregnancy and for 4 months couldn't wear any of my normal clothes. In the last trimester I was finally able to wear my pre-pregnancy jeans again.
