I am to the point where i will try anything lol. I take hot baths I use my body pillow and still nothing and I have to keep the room cold but I might try colder lol.
35 weeks.
Make the room real cold and your bed as comfortable as possible. I have two mattress pads and a thin comforter under my mattress sheet for mega fluff. I have a thin comforter I cover myaelf with and I usually sleep in only underwear. I keep body pillows on both sides of me, and depending on which side I feel like lying on, I hug the one im facing and sort of lean on the one behind me so that im not completely on my side but im not completely on my back either.
Before I did this, I could nottttt sleepppp at allll.
im the same way im 25 weeks. everytime i finally fall asleep i wake right back up shortly after....i wish i could sleep. but its worth it.
38 weeks and can't sleep either.
It's 3am here and I just can not sleep. I will probably be up until 5am and then finally fall asleep around 8 or 9am it's really hard to get use to. Especially when I'm usually asleep by 10 or 11 at the latest. I took one nap today for about an hour and it's like I slept all day
But no advice either besides a pillow between your legs, sorry I can't help more.
I'm the same way and I'm 22 weeks tomorrow. I've tried to sleep with a pillow between my legs, but it doesn't always help. It's 4 am here, which is usually when I finally fall asleep. My body is just aching all the time so it takes me forever to fall asleep.
I feel the same! I sleep for 3 or 4 hrs at a time. My body just will not let me sleep. Unfortunately I don't have any advice for you but you're not alone it's pretty common. Just relax things will get better! :)

how far are you? i have the same problem im 38 weeks due sep 18th i just had my doctors visit and they said it was going to be hard to get sleep around this time of pregnancy
