Sleep issues

Hi everyone, I'm only 8 weeks and a FTM. I'm scared. I can't take going to sleep anymore. The nightmares have just been out of control. I try explaiNing it to my husband but he doesn't really get it. I was in marching band in Highschool and in my nightmare someone was hitting me in the stomach over and over on field with the lights radiating. No one would help me, my husband ran away and just it was awful. I just hope this passes. Does anyone have any ideas on how to possibly alleviate the nightmares by anything before bed...? I'm willing to try almost anything... sorry this is long and nothing important. I just could use some help...

Thank you everyone ! I really appreciate it. I'm just hoping my hormones start to level out by 2nd Trimester so I can get some sleep. Lol.

Pray to God & believe with your heart and dont forget to thank him!...i used to have problems like that.. Just know that they are just dreams & theres nothing to actually be afraid of. Usually doctors dont want you to take anything except tylenol when your early in your pregnancy but it is safe for pregnant women to take tylenol pm just please ask your doctor first to make sure its safe for you. Prayers sent sister <3

It's the hormones,
I always know when I'm pregnant because I have really weird/ vivid/ violent dreams that I never have otherwise, I woken up scared or crying at times too , once your hormones start to settle they won't be so bad and you'll go back to your normal dreaming :)

Maybe I should try going to sleep earlier. It's just hard sometimes with my husband's work schedule.
