Try warm baths with lavender bath beads at night before bed. Also bought Johnson and Johnson's bedtime lavender lotion for when my son is born, and totally took possession of that. Lol. Rub that every night, and it helps.

Hey I'm 11+4 and I started haveing those problems iv always been a big pillow person and try sleeping more up right rather laying flat and I never use to be able to fall asleep on my back but not that's almost the only way I will fall asleep I 2 I'll put two pillows under my head one on my right side and a body pillow ony left with the bottom half either between my knees or under both .... that's what's helped me that or taking a shower right before bed and turning the ac on so it's cold when i get out so i will snuggle up and pass out lol... hope this helps:)

Have you tried a pregnancy pillow? You can get them online for around $50 or a bunch of pillows work too. I have one that goes under my head and has two arms that lay at my sides for me to cuddle with. I sleep better at nights and it helps me adjust myself. Make sure you save the box and package just in case you dont like it. I have two, one that is soft and one that is firmer.
