Sleep

I am 8 weeks and lately ive been having major problems sleeping. This is even worse then usual because I work 2 jobs and go to school. It seems like I can only sleep about 3 hours then I can't sleep anymore. I wonder if its not because I usually take my prenatal vitamin before bed. Could that be why I am having trouble.

Try benadryl. You can take it, and it should help you sleep!

Its just killing me cause I can't really afford to call off but I also dont want to risk over dueing it and loosing my baby. Ive tried the herbal teas they make me sick. And a warm bath or shower isnt helping. Im jusg afraid im going to loose my job from calling off

I take mine before bed and i am just having a hard time sleeping cuz I am 36+3 weeks! You can ask your dr if there is anything you can take for the sleepiness. My dr gave me sleeping pills which work great. But also some herbal teas will help or a warm bath before bed relaxes your body also. Good luck to you. I had a hard time sleeping when I first got pregnant and then it got way better second trimester and now its way worse again!!!
