Im not far along (first trimester) but I am having the hardest time falling asleep and staying asleep. Im pretty sure 90% of the night is spent tossing and turning. Any suggestions? Especially for when being away from home?

I'm only 6 weeks but I struggle with sleep and morning sickness already. Try unisom sleep tabs my doctor said they were safe. They also make another form of the same sleep pill that they sell at babies r us that's specifically for pregnant women.

I have a hard time, but I'm almost 31weeks. Try warm tea or milk, warm bath & relaxing music.
