Sleep!

i want to sleep so bad but I can't!! I never get tired even with Benadryl and Tylenol pm! I can't ever get comfy and my little one never stops moving all night long! Any suggestions from anyone else on how to get sleep?

I crawl into bed about 1030 with the intention of making myself go to sleep but I end up just laying there till 2/3 then I fall asleep for 2 hours and I'm wide awake again

I literally crawl into bed at 3 every night, even though I'm not tired and lay there forever until I fall asleep and then get woke up super early by my kids and feel like crud. I'm so miserable and cranky because of it. Not to mention I can't breath half the time

My dr okayed both of those medicines. I'm just miserable cause I can't ever sleep

Benadryl is completely safe during pregnancy. It's on the list with Tylenol. I also have this problem and nothing helps me either.

I don't think you are allowed to drink that while pregnant at least that's what my doctor told me maybe that's why I guess or the heat try eating something cool before bed
