pain/ feel like vagina is going to fall out

Im 32 weeks today and latley ive had like cramping/ tightening pains in my tummy and lower abdomen and the other day it felt like my vagina was going to fall out... Anyone else experience this I never did with my first and im noticing in general it hurts more down there latly

She moves constantly so maybe she is starting to drop... I have a weird feeling shes going to come between 37-39 weeks and I never had that feeling with my first daughter and she was a day overndue

I get the same exact pain and my doctor never has an explanation for as of why.

I'm only 26 weeks and I get the pain down there as well. Asked my midwife about it and she said it's because baby is moving down and also more blood flows down in that area and is more sensitive in preparation for Labour

Braxton hicks contractions?  As long as there not so close together, if not call ur doc.
