Yep peppermint tea helps with nausea, although the peppermintness is so comforting that you just wanna sleep lol

I am going to try the Sleepy Time Tea tonight.. We just bought a Kuerig and got some Sleepy Time Tea. Ill have to look into the Peppermint Tea as well. What exactly does the Peppermint Tea help with?!
