women who have been smoking for long time has difficulty stopping them at once.. i would recommend you speak to your doctor as he/she will be able to provide you guide how many you can take every day.. yes its very harmful to child however doctors do not make you stop straight away.. if you smoke more two to three boxes there recommendation will be to cut it down to few cigerrettes only.. although they will be putting you on high risk pregnancy and you ll be needing close check up.. but it always better to discuss with doctor.. as stopping smoking can cause anxiety issues in women leading them to crave for things which are much more harmful to baby... take cares
Ya my fiance and his parents smoke in the house it would be so much eaiser if they wouldnt smoke around us
try e cigs the good kind. my husband did it hasn't smoked in years. you taper off to less strong vapor every week. talk to your doc.
I use to smoke a pack and I quit I can go days without smoking but if I get mad or angry I get this feeling which probably means im craving a cigarette its not that hard when your not around ppl.who constantly stress you out
Ya. Im not worried about my self cuz i can get used to it but im worried ill hurt my baby ive been going on and off the whole pregnancy and i want to breast feed so i want to quit
If you can handle it, no. but if it stresses you out or causes you to get sick. Im worried about the same thing. I smoke 3, 4 maybe 5 a day but cant seem to quit. ive gone days where i smoke two but then go right back. im just gonna slowly ease off it, even though people will say otherwise.
