So Scared :((

I just recently found out I was pregnant and after reading up on a few things I realized I've been doing a lot of wrong things such as being in a Jacuzzi, eating fish, and I even had wine and alcohol :( I really want a healthy baby but now I'm really scared that its all my fault :-( I don't know what to do I'm so worried

I didn't find out I was pregnant until I was 19 weeks with my daughter. During that time I was in the hot tub a lot while we were on vacation. My daughter will be 4 in February and she is very happy and healthy. With the drinking a LOT of people drink in their first month of pregnancy, because they don't know they shouldn't. Most fish is completely safe and even recommended to eat. :)

If you just found out your pregnant I wouldn't worry too much about it.  Watch what fish you eat from now on, try not to drink alcohol now that you know, and your not supposed to go into water that's too hot. What my doc said Is if you have to ease in its too hot. So now that you know your pregnant try to make some changes

There is certain type of fish that you can't eat. Such as fish high in mercury like shark. I have heard that one glass of wine every once in a while is okay but I wouldn't do it. I'd ask my doctor. And as far as the jacuzzi, I think they are okay. I just heard that you aren't supposed to get in hot tubs. As long as the temperature isn't too high in the jacuzzi it should be okay. How far along are you?
