So sick, want it to go away!

So I went on a family trip with my hubby's side up to Yellowstone national park (so beautiful) but on the last day it was 32degrees with strong winds- well I now have a serious sore throat, fatigue, congestion, and extremely light headed. Now I'm still out of town till tomorrow- but is there anything to ease the sickness with out hurting baby? I heard Tylenol cold and flu but it hasn't done anything? Anything other suggestions please? I feel like I'm dying! /: I'm 17w4days

I am all about the all natural.. even when not pregnant. Try warm honey and lemon juice for your sore throat it works like a charm! And humidifiers have always helped me with congestion

Tea with honey lemon and cinnamon.

Mucinex, Sudafed, Tylenol, Clariton, Zytec. Last too can help with some symptoms.

My dr said nornal strenght tylenol, fishermans friend and i drink a wack load of honey-lemon-ginger tea. Theres not much u can take unfortunately. Its a little limited. Try vix vapour rub on ur neck and chest and wrap it up too. Lots and lots of sleep and rest and water! Make sure u dont get dehydrated
