my job keeps givin me only 10-15 hrs a week like wat am i suppose to do with dat. I have no money save for dis baby n im already 18 weeks. The father is nowhere to be found. I just wanna give up n cry.

My job did that to me also..I went from 25 to 20 back 25 to 15 to 10 and then I ask what was going on and they said they didn't have enough hrs, but they would give me more, they cut my hours to 9 hours. that wasn't even worth driving to work and home. I quit. Now I have nothing also its horrible and I can't find another job. Especially now that I'm 20 weeks.

Or if you've always been full time u can apply for unemployment and the pay the difference.

Have you allied for any kind of county aide or wic? That helps a lot I was 17 with my first and it helped me. That's what it's there for.

I was going thru the same thing and when I requested more hours they gave me less I got 8 hours for one week once and I was full-time I was pissed .. and I wasn't ready to discuss my pregnancy with anyone I didn't want to be treated diff.. I just searched n searched for better jobs and applied everywhere I currently have an amazing job and started when I was 23 weeks they didn't know I was prego when they hired me I'm currently 27 weeks they now know I waited till 25 weeks till I could courage to say I hide it... apply apply apply

I did request more hrs i spoke to them yesterday n dey promise more hrs i come in today n it was less then last week. I cant get a second job cuz im in skool, i want another job but im scared they wont hire me cuz im pregnant.
